THE FOLLOWING FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAIL, POST MARKED ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE March 6, 2025.

1. Each student’s project package MUST include:

a. The International Science and Engineering Fair Forms. There are 14 such forms. It is the students’ and the teacher’s responsibility to determine which of these forms are required for a student’s research project.

2. Each school (teacher in charge) must submit the following forms
